Z Electrica INC is currently seeking a full-time Journeyman Electrician!
Job Description:
- Repair and install electrical wiring, fixtures, power components and equipment per electrical code, blueprints, specifications and manuals.
- Connect and install power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical equipment for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
- Repair and install equipment to include; motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
- Test connections of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of components using proper instruments.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- Must have a current TDLR Apprentice license and maintain through employment.
- Must be able to pass background and drug testing.
- Willing to work overtime when needed, to include weekends.
- Knowledge of current electrical code compliance and ability to read blueprints, diagrams or schematics.
- Able to bend, squat, kneel, climb and reach.
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, no DUI's or Suspensions.
- Must have good communication skills, professionalism, time management and be a team player.

Experience:
- Over 5 year of experience as an electrician (Commercial experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
