Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Vendor Manager at Sage that will be responsible for managing and optimizing the strategic partnership between Sage and Harland Clarke–Vericast, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations across key programs, including Checks and Forms and Sage Security Shield. The position also plays a critical role in identifying, developing, and executing new revenue-generating opportunities and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Lead strategic planning and execution across high-impact programs (Checks and Forms, Sage Security Shield) and the Harland Clarke–Vericast partnership
Manage and strengthen partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and escalation resolution
Identify, develop, and drive new revenue growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
Oversee contract management, including reviewing terms, leading negotiations, and facilitating renewal discussions
Deliver program performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making
Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives and key projects aligned to business objectives
Plan and lead virtual meetings and on-site Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners
Ensure alignment with Sage brand standards and compliance requirements across all partner engagements
Lead reporting and analysis across multiple programs, translating data into actionable insights
Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and comfort leading virtual engagements (camera-on environment)
Working knowledge of financial processes (e.g., AP/AR, sourcing)
Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive forward-looking insights
Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across teams and functions
Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce preferred
Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
