Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
- Safely load, secure, and unload goods from box trucks or commercial trucks following proper weight distribution and safety protocols
- Support moving operations by helping to pack, organize, and transport household or commercial items efficiently
- Adhere strictly to safe lifting practices to prevent injuries during heavy lifting tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely route driving, load & unload processes, and customer service excellence
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred
- Knowledge of material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or similar devices
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy items safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques
