Join a multidisciplinary NICU team providing advanced care to critically ill and convalescing newborns from admission through discharge.
Position Highlights:
- Direct hire, full-time opportunity
- 2+ years of NP experience required
- Master’s degree required
- Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license required
- Advanced practice care in a Level NICU setting
- Manage complex neonatal patients from assessment through discharge
- Perform physical exams, develop treatment plans, and manage acute/chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe appropriate therapies
- Participate in delivery room services and neonatal transports
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, referrals, and consultations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Compensation & Incentives:
- Potential $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for candidates with 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
- $10,000 Relocation Allowance (for candidates residing more than 100 miles from the facility)
