Position Summary
We are looking for experienced landscape crew members who take pride in their work and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous landscaping experience.
Responsibilities
- Install shrubs, trees, mulch, sod, and landscape beds
- Grade and prepare sites for planting
- Build stone dust and gravel walkways
- Install landscape edging and drainage
- Perform pruning, trimming, and seasonal cleanups
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience required
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work well with a team and follow directions
