We are hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant to connect with community members, support outreach campaigns, and assist with live events. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in community outreach, nonprofit work, event coordination, marketing, public relations, or customer engagement.
No experience required — paid training and hands-on mentorship provided.
- Support community outreach programs, promotional events, and engagement campaigns
- Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Share information about nonprofit programs, initiatives, and campaigns
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Support outreach activities at community and retail locations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities
- Work with team members to meet daily outreach goals
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally and positively
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteer, or event experience is a plus but not required
