We are a family-owned home improvement company in Omaha, Nebraska in business for 60 years. We are looking to identify and generate leads/sales appointments for home renovations, specializing in exterior roofs, gutters, siding, paint, windows, doors, interior kitchens and baths and house additions. Prior experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
Desirable qualifications:
- Sales/Canvassing experience
- Active drivers license, personal automobile to travel to assigned areas and work the areas as requested, areas will vary daily, so you must be flexible on area assigned and time of day
- Once trained, ability to spot homes that are in need of repair and successfully speak with the home owner
- Ability to manage your own work, track your progress/performance, take simple notes to effectively/efficiently manage your assigned routes, as follow-up perhaps required
- Ability to daily/weekly discuss with your supervisor and team members what has gone well and not gone well, and incorporate feedback for your own benefit and benefit of the team
- Self motivated, presentable appearance, high energy, clear communicator, confident, personable, resilient, willingness to listen and think critically, adapt approach in the moment
Salary range is based on experience and performance and may include a bonus for each closed deal that resulted from a lead generated by you.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
