What You'll Do
- Build relationships throughout your local community
- Network with:
- Realtors
- Insurance agencies
- Property management companies
- Apartment complexes
- General contractors
- Business owners
- Make weekly business development visits to local companies
- Join local networking groups such as BNI and your Chamber of Commerce
- Door knock neighborhoods affected by hail and wind storms
- Perform roof inspections
- Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities
- Manage customer relationships from initial inspection through project completion
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with a generous profit-sharing compensation plan.

What You Need
- Your own truck or SUV
- Your own ladder and basic inspection equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
