Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails including hard, soft gel gelx, and nail art with precision and creativity (Must enjoy pedicures, and know how to handle natural nails)
- Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Offer expert advice on color theory for nail polish
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services or retail products.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques (please do not apply if you haven’t been actively doing nails)
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology/nail tech/full specialist license with experience working in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their wants
- Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Mornings and some afternoons are covered. Tech must be available in the evenings or the late afternoon as well as weekends.
- This is a commission position
Pay: From $23.36 per hour
