Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school while providing exceptional customer service to both parents and students. Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, parents, and school staff.
- Accurately document attendance and any incidents.
- Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Experience driving passenger vans or transporting children is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Split shift (morning and afternoon routes)
- No evenings, weekends, or major school holidays
- Additional hours may be available for field trips, charters, and special transportation assignments.

Pay: $200.00 - $350.00 per week
