Job Summary
Countryside Gardens, Inc. is an established garden service that designs, installs and maintains exceptional residential gardens in the west metro area of Minneapolis. We create perennial, annual and container gardens with a palette of unique plants of color and textures. This is a permanent career opportunity covering all aspects of gardening and related horticultural industries. We are looking for a motivated, career orientated individual with a strong interest in annuals and perennials to work alongside our experienced team of gardeners.
The Ideal Applicants Should Have:
- Strong interest in annuals and perennials
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
- Self-motivated and willing to work as a team player
- Have working knowledge of plants
- A desire to work outdoors
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid drivers license and insurability
- Horticultural education preferred
- Creative interests
Location: West Metro Area (Wayzata-Long Lake-Orono)
Compensation: Starting at $18-26/hr (based on experience)

Schedule:
- 8 hour work day
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
- Weekends as needed
