What You’ll Do
You’ll lead our front-line team with confidence, compassion, and a whole lot of personality. Your day will revolve around four key drivers: Sales, Service, Operations, and Team Leadership.
You will:
- Create a world‑class experience for every member who walks through our doors
- Seek out consultative sales opportunities and match members with products that truly fit their needs
- Supervise daily teller operations—assigning work, solving problems, and supporting complex transactions
- Train and cross‑train staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service
- Coach and motivate your team to uphold Buckeye’s high standards
- Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and spark new ideas
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of banking experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in banking or customer service required
- Ability to thrive in both high‑traffic and slow‑traffic environments
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- A calm, patient, empathetic approach to people and problems
- A natural ability to coach, motivate, and influence others
- Openness to feedback and a growth mindset
