Job Title: General Manager of Healthcare Facilities

About Us: We are a leading provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize our essential support functions across multiple healthcare facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams across multiple sites. Travel is required. A company car, phone and laptop will be provided for you. This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams.
General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region
Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain quality control standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.

Ensure contract compliance at each location.

Be present for all CMS Inspections as well as Joint Commission.
Communication and Collaboration:

Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executives

Act as a Human Resources liaison
Qualifications:
-
Strong knowledge of all facets of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Culinary Services within the healthcare industry.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively.

Above average computer skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
