We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and upselling additional items to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed to maintain optimal product availability.
Skills
- Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor with customers.
- Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service within a restaurant or café setting is advantageous.
