Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a care plan that addresses the social, emotional, and recreational needs of our residents
Create and lead a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that activities align with individual care plans and promote overall well-being
Provide supervision, training, and guidance to activity aides and volunteers
Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance tracking and activity logs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction surveys

Certification in activity direction or a related field (e.g., recreation therapy) preferred
