Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery trucks to deliver products to customers.
- Load and unload goods using wheel loader, skid loader or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Conduct route driving with precision, adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules to ensure on-time service.
- Assist in yard operations by organizing inventory, loading customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Support activities as needed, including moving stock within the yard, pulverizing dirt
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
- Prior delivery driver experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Comfortable driving vehicles and navigating route schedules efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to load & unload operations, moving goods, and vehicle operation. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
