What You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering an unforgettable customer experience every day.
- Leading the sales floor with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Building relationships with customers and becoming a familiar face in the community.
- Operating our point-of-sale system and assisting customers with purchases.
- Managing inventory, receiving shipments, pricing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Ordering products and helping keep our store fresh, exciting, and fully stocked.
- Designing creative merchandise displays that stop customers in their tracks.
- Organizing departments so every visit feels like an adventure.
- Helping train and motivate team members.
- Supporting special events, promotions, and community activities that make our store a destination.
