We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Floor Manager serves as the link between the front-of-house team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and consistent hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders during service
Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns
Monitor the dining room to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house team members
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Communicate daily specials, menu and beverage updates
Manage reservations, table assignments, and waitlists to ensure efficient service flow
Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering operational supplies as needed
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Enforce company policies and address minor disciplinary matters when necessary
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic office applications
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler’s Certification and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
