- Assist the endodontist during root canal treatments and other procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take and process dental radiographs as permitted
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and provide excellent patient care
- Maintain organized clinical areas and inventory
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures
- Assist with daily office flow and clinical responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment
- Positive attitude and excellent patient-care skills
