We are seeking a to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role requires both technical skills and a personable approach to ensure clients leave satisfied and eager to return.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques, including straight razor shaving.
- Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired styles and grooming needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' grooming routines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, and grooming techniques.
- Occasionally perform additional services such as threading (only if possess the skills necessary)
Qualifications
- Valid barbering license.
- Strong understanding of retail math to assist with sales transactions effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products effectively.
- Familiarity with hair styling techniques is preferred.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,600.00 per week
