Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow
Supervise and train staff-POS systems and customer service standards
Oversee food production and food handling to maintain high quality and safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile POS reports at shift end
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all restaurant areas
Experience
Preferred assistant manager or supervisory experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments
Hands-on experience with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, and performance management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain high customer service standards
