Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific needs
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment and products safely and effectively to deliver high-quality cleaning results
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles (minimum 3 years); hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation procedures, and laundry processes
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, respectful approach toward clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the shift
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and supplies; ability to operate vacuum cleaners, steamers, carpet cleaners, and other equipment safely
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel up to 40 miles for jobs

Most jobs are daytime (between 8-5) some longer jobs may go a little into the evening. We are flexible with jobs that may go into the evening depending on your availability.
