SuperTots Sports is a mobile, year‑round early childhood sports program serving families across Cape May and Atlantic County. We introduce toddlers and preschoolers to the building blocks of movement, coordination, and sport through fun, age‑appropriate activities. Our mission is to help young children build confidence, social skills, and a lifelong love of being active.
We’re looking for energetic, positive, and reliable coaches to join our growing team! This part‑time role involves traveling to preschools, daycares, and community locations to teach SuperTots classes for children ages 18 months to 4 years old. If you love working with little ones and enjoy bringing joy, silliness, and movement into their day, this is the perfect fit.
Position Details
- Part‑time: 5–15 hours per week, with potential to grow
- Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Classes are offered on weekend mornings, during preschool hours, or after traditional work hours to give families convenient options.
- All curriculum, training, equipment, and uniforms provided
Who We’re Looking For
- Must reside in Cape May County or Atlantic County
- Must LOVE working with toddlers and preschoolers
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable leading playful, structured activities
- Dependable and punctual — reliability is everything in early childhood programs
- Experience preferred: preschool teacher, camp counselor, youth coach, childcare provider, elementary ed, etc.
- Must be available 3–5 days per week
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to maintain positive, professional relationships with directors, teachers, and staff at each partner location
