- Pay: $17.00 per hour

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM (Great part-time evening hours!)
- Requirements: 1 year of floor care experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

What You’ll Do
As a Floor Tech, you will be the specialist responsible for making our client facilities shine! In this hands-on role, our ideal floor technician or janitorial floor tech teammate will master specialized surface care. Key duties include:
- Stripping, waxing, and buffing various commercial floor surfaces.
- Safely operating specialized floor care equipment (burnishers, scrubbers, and extractors).
- Maintaining floor care equipment in clean, excellent working order.
- Handling other standard cleaning and janitorial duties as assigned by your supervisor.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 1 year of commercial floor care, stripping and waxing, or janitorial experience.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively to move equipment and supplies.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently during evening shifts.
