Responsibilities
- Organize supplies, inventory, and workspaces.
- Assist with projects across multiple companies, ensuring deadlines and key initiatives stay on track.
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, prepare reports, and follow up to ensure commitments are completed.
- Develop and improve systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational workflows.
- Research products, vendors, and services.
- Manage errands, purchases, local pickups, shipments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and help turn strategic ideas into completed initiatives.
- Coordinate business and household logistics, including schedules, appointments, vendors, projects, and priorities.
- Provide occasional family support during critical work meetings or business obligations, including engaging with one kindergarten-age child, preparing meals or snacks, and maintaining organized play areas.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help keep business and household operations running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptionally organized and dependable
- Enjoys solving problems and taking initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a key leadership role within a rapidly expanding organization.
