CMS of Madison is a medium-sized janitorial contractor based in Middleton, WI
We are currently looking to hire a Bilingual Office/HR Assistant (English/Spanish).
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Billing/Accounts Receivable - past experience with QuickBooks is required
- Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
- Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
- Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.
- Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible works of position availability.
- Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
- Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leave of absence.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
