Jordan’s Home Remodeling is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. We complete a wide variety of residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, fences, flooring, drywall, painting, trim, windows, doors, and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Perform demolition and job site preparation
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Install framing, drywall, trim, flooring, fencing, decking, and other building materials as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship
- Follow company safety procedures and use equipment properly
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work (required)
- Previous construction or remodeling experience
- Ability to safely operate common hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
- Physically able to lift 75+ pounds and perform repetitive physical labor
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and homeowners
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company on customer job sites
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a background check is a plus
