Job Title: TXU Energy Kiosk Retail Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven TXU Energy Kiosk Retail Team Lead to lead a high-performing retail sales team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, great communication skills, and the ability to train, coach, and motivate others in a kiosk or retail environment.
The Team Lead will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales representatives while also leading by example through personal sales production. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, goal-oriented, and able to create a positive and competitive sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of retail sales representatives.
- Lead by example by actively participating in kiosk and retail sales.
- Coach team members on customer approach, sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team and hold representatives accountable.
- Manage team schedules, kiosk coverage, attendance, and store assignments as needed.
- Monitor sales activity and provide regular feedback through coaching and one-on-one support.
- Develop strategies to increase sales production, improve close rates, and grow the TXU Energy campaign.
- Track team performance, sales results, and attendance, and report updates to upper management.
- Ensure all representatives follow company policies, retail location rules, and TXU Energy campaign guidelines.
- Represent TXU Energy and the company professionally at all times.
- Create a competitive, energetic, ethical, and professional team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience required.
- Experience in retail sales, kiosk sales, energy sales, or face-to-face sales is preferred.
- Previous team leadership, training, management, or mentorship experience is preferred.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or kiosk environment.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lead a team while also producing personal sales.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
