Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. This position operates within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, providing person-centered mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals across the lifespan. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services, support recovery-focused treatment planning, and offer consultation and education to community agencies, professionals, and the general public. Hybrid work options are available for qualified staff, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Qualifications:

Must have a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, mental health, or another behavioral health-related field

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges

Knowledge of trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment planning, and evidence-based practices preferred

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team

Responsibilities:

Provide direct mental health and substance use treatment services to consumers through individual, group, family, and collateral interventions as appropriate

Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that support recovery and wellness goals

Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused therapeutic interventions

Offer consultation, education, and outreach services to community agencies, professionals, and the general public

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care within the CCBHC care model

Support continuity of care through coordination with healthcare providers, community partners, and support systems
-
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and CCBHC guidelines

Promote recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for individuals receiving behavioral health services
Work Environment:

Provide services in outpatient and community-based behavioral health settings, with hybrid work opportunities available for qualified staff

Support individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges through integrated, person-centered care

Engage in meaningful work that promotes recovery, wellness, and access to high-quality behavioral health services within the community
ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
