Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and contribute to the overall success of our retail environment.
We are a family owned and operated small business. We work as team selling and helping customers.
This position is for 1-3 days a week, shift is 9:30 - 5:45
SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace.
- Answer the phone if needed and take messages.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a jewelry environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for reading price tags and sale promotions.
- Strong communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers.
