Success On The Spectrum San Marco location is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team.
At SOS, our BCBAs are able to focus on what they do best: providing high-quality clinical care, mentoring RBTs, supporting families, and helping children with autism reach meaningful goals.
Our administrative team handles scheduling, HR, and insurance coordination so you can focus on your clients and clinical team.

- Consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and treatment oversight
- Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in client care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a positive, ethical, and clinically excellent workplace culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing RBTs
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services
