We’re looking for a Temporary/Seasonal Turf Management Crewman to join our team in our turf management division. This is a hands-on outdoor position that helps keep our clients’ properties looking their best during the busy season.
Position Overview
- Division: Turf Management
- Job Title: Driver / Grass Cutter
- Start/End Location: Spring Hill, TN
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (40+ hrs)
- Type: Seasonal, Hourly (Permanent Opportunity)
- Start Rate: $18/hr + Overtime Pay
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other turf equipment to maintain grass and landscape areas on project sites
- Drive company crew trucks and safely pull trailers to and from job sites
- Perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and cleaning of tools and vehicles
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly dispose of grass clippings and debris
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with site preparation and support other turf tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from headquarters in Spring Hill, TN
- Valid driver's license
- Experience driving a crew truck & trailer
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Turf management experience a plus, but not required
- Experience operating heavy machinery a plus, but not required
