The Anthony Agency: American Family Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our company. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting existing clients, strengthening customer relationships, retaining business, and growing client accounts through proactive insurance reviews and cross-selling opportunities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by assisting with policy servicing, billing inquiries, account updates, policy changes, and general account support.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and assist clients professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
- Review insurance policies with clients and explain coverage, policy provisions, and available protection options in a clear and professional manner.
- Process endorsements, renewals, payments, policy updates, and other servicing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support customer retention by delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to improve each client's insurance protection.
- Proactively identify cross-selling, account-rounding, and coverage enhancement opportunities that strengthen client relationships while helping grow existing accounts.
- Educate clients on available products and coverage options based on their individual insurance needs.
- Accurately document customer interactions, policy changes, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities within company systems.
- Communicate effectively with underwriting, carrier representatives, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume periods and challenging customer interactions.
- Manage follow-up activities and service requests to ensure timely completion and an exceptional client experience.
- Perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies, carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time, in-office position located in Newnan, Georgia.
- Standard 40-hour workweek.
- Work schedules are established based on business needs.
- Saturdays may be utilized for make-up time when necessary.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.
- Performance-based commission and bonus opportunities based on production, performance, cross-selling, and eligibility.
- Overtime compensation provided for hours worked over 40 per week in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Georgia Personal Lines Insurance License required.
- Previous insurance and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and telephone systems.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess an active Georgia Personal Lines Insurance License.
- Candidates must maintain all required licensing and carrier appointment eligibility necessary to perform licensed insurance activities.
- Additional licensing opportunities may be available based on business needs and individual performance.
