We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our busy team. Previous dental experience is required. A dental front office administrator's job description includes managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, handling patient records and insurance, processing payments, and acting as the first point of contact for patients. Hires are required to have experience in the dental field. Hires shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and providing excellent customer service. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Patient Records Management: managing patient records, ensuring all crucial information like health histories, insurance details, and treatment plans are accurately recorded and updated.
- Appointment Coordination: scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, ensuring to optimize the dentist’s time efficiently, and manage any changes or cancellations effectively.
- Financial Management: handles financial processes, including payments, billing issues, and financial counseling for treatments. Will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
