Responsibilities
- Lead shower and remodeling installations from start to finish.
- Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate projects, materials, and scheduling.
- Lead and mentor installation crews.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Represent Elevate Shower Co. with professionalism, integrity, and pride.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remodeling experience preferred.
- Experience with shower remodeling, bathrooms, decks, or general residential remodeling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a long-term leadership role.
Compensation
This is a 1099 Managing Partner opportunity with performance-based compensation paid as a percentage of completed gross revenue, offering unlimited earning potential.
Top-performing Managing Partners have the opportunity to earn $120,000 to $200,000+ annually while helping build one of North Carolina's fastest-growing remodeling companies.
