Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations to deliver solutions.
- Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions.
- Ensure deliverables are completed with minimal supervision and high accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Quality Systems implementations.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations teams.
