Position
Client Experience & Mortgage Planning Specialist
This role supports Sandy Krestan by helping create an exceptional client experience from application to closing and beyond.
You will help:
- Keep loans moving smoothly
- Communicate proactively with clients and Realtors
- Help create calm during stressful moments
- Protect deadlines and timelines
- Maintain organization and follow-through
- Deliver a WOW level of service
This role is both operational and relational.
What We’re Looking For
Mortgage experience is REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate already understands:
- Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo loan flow
- Mortgage documentation and timelines
- Client communication
- Loan coordination and pipeline management
- The importance of urgency and accuracy

Responsibilities
- Manage and support mortgage files from contract to close
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and internal team members
- Track deadlines, conditions, and milestones
- Help maintain exceptional client and referral partner experiences
- Keep systems and communication organized and proactive
- Support daily pipeline management

Experience Preferred
- 3+ years mortgage industry experience preferred
- Experience as an LOA, Processor, Loan Partner, or Transaction Coordinator strongly preferred
- Experience with Encompass and mortgage systems preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
