We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce watch office in Aventura. This position is strictly on-site and focused on the two most critical parts of our daily operations: getting our inventory live and getting our sold items to customers. You will work 5 days a week (schedule flexible within Mon–Fri).Key Responsibilities
- Product Photography: Take clear, accurate, and high-quality photos of individual watches (primarily Swatch and various collectible brands) using provided equipment.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Carefully pack sold items from eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Etsy. Print shipping labels and ensure all packages are ready for daily carrier pickups.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Help track inventory as it moves from photography to the "ready to ship" shelf.
- Basic Listing Support: Upload photos to listing drafts and assist the manager with basic item descriptions as needed.
Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous. In the watch world, a small scratch or a specific model number matters.
- Photography Skills: Experience taking clean product photos (smartphone or DSLR). Ability to handle small items and capture fine details.
- Reliability: Since we are a small office, we need someone who is punctual and consistent for their 3-day schedule.
- Computer Savvy: Comfortable using shipping software (like ShipStation or Pirateship) and e-commerce platforms.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for periods while photographing and handle light packing/moving of boxes.
