Job Description & Requirements
A growing, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in Victor, NY, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its collaborative team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with quarterly performance bonuses.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 150+ adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 5–10 minutes with each patient, allowing time to build strong relationships while delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Gonstead, Thompson Drop, and Webster techniques
- Conducting re-examinations and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering active and passive therapy, exercise instruction, and rehabilitation support
- Providing nutrition and supplementation recommendations
- Incorporating functional medicine principles into patient care when appropriate
- Participating in ongoing professional development, continuing education, and team meetings
