Make a difference in residents’ daily lives
CNA license (Missouri – current and active)
BLS/CPR certification (as required by the state)
A caring attitude and a strong work ethic
Provide hands-on resident care with dignity and compassion
Make routine rounds every 2 hours
Assist with bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and ambulation
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Refill water pitchers, make beds, clean overbed tables
Communicate resident needs to the Charge Nurse or RN
Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and care procedures
