Position Summary: We are seeking a multiple skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple welding processes, can read and interpret blueprints, and is comfortable working on a variety of fabrication projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, press brakes, and plasma cutters
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Proficiency in multiple welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Pass Drug Test
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with custom fabrication or repair work
- Knowledge of shop math and layout techniques
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Forklift or equipment operation experience (a plus)
