Duties
- Host live streaming sessions on the Whatnot platform, presenting products with energy and authenticity to captivate viewers
- Interact actively with viewers through chat, answering questions, and encouraging participation to build a vibrant community
- Demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features and benefits to drive interest and sales
- Collaborate with team members to plan engaging content themes and special events for broadcasts
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout live sessions to enhance viewer experience
- Monitor live stream performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies and improve future broadcasts
- Ensure all product displays adhere to brand standards and safety guidelines during live presentations
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an energetic and engaging presence
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect authentically with viewers from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable speaking on camera in a lively, confident manner
- Ability to multitask effectively during live streams while maintaining focus on product presentation
- Prior experience in live broadcasting, sales, or customer engagement is a plus but not required
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using streaming platforms and social media tools
- Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for high-quality live streaming
