They are learned while building a tower with a friend, negotiating whose turn comes next, asking for help, waiting patiently, solving problems, laughing together, and discovering that another person's ideas matter. At ABA Behavior Solutions, we believe these moments are too important to leave to chance. Our innovative Social Learning Model delivers medically necessary, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within intentionally designed social learning environments. Every activity is thoughtfully designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address each learner's individualized treatment goals while creating meaningful opportunities to communicate, collaborate, regulate emotions, solve problems, build friendships, and develop independence. This isn't traditional ABA. It is individualized, evidence-based treatment thoughtfully embedded within joyful, engaging, and clinically designed learning experiences.
What Makes Our Program Different
Children participate together, but treatment is always individualized. Every learner participates in thoughtfully designed group-based learning experiences while working toward individualized, medically necessary treatment goals. Although children learn together, each learner receives individualized prompting, reinforcement, behavior supports, and data collection aligned with their treatment plan. Our Social Learning Behavior Technicians deliver individualized ABA treatment throughout naturally occurring interactions intentionally designed to promote meaningful learning.
What You'll Do
· Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans throughout both individual and group-based learning experiences.
· Facilitate engaging social learning experiences designed by BCBAs.
· Create, recognize, and capitalize on naturally occurring teaching opportunities.
· Coach children through authentic social interactions.
· Teach communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, adaptive behavior, independence, and play skills.
· Implement individualized behavior support plans.
· Collect objective clinical data.
· Collaborate closely with BCBAs.
· Help prepare and restore beautiful learning environments.
