The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Healthcare Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between a patient's health goals and our life-changing care plans. You won't be "cold calling" strangers; instead, you will be consulting with warm leads, community members, and existing patients to help them commit to their long-term wellness journeys.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Consultations: Meet with prospective and existing patients to discuss their health goals, explain our care plans, and confidently close sales.
- Community Outreach & Events: Represent Phoenix Chiropractic at local health fairs, corporate wellness events, and community fitness pop-ups to generate new patient leads.
- Lead Management: Promptly follow up with inquiries from our marketing campaigns via phone, email, and text.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with patients to encourage referrals and long-term retention.
- Hit Care Goals: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets to help the clinic grow.
Who You Are (Requirements)
We are looking for a "people person" who genuinely cares about health and wellness, but also loves the thrill of closing a deal.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2C sales, luxury retail, fitness membership sales, or healthcare/medical sales preferred).
- Communication Skills: You are an active listener who can articulate the value of chiropractic care with enthusiasm and empathy.
- Resilience: You view "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes" and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
- Passion for Wellness: You live or appreciate a healthy lifestyle. (You don't need to be a chiropractor, but you do need to believe in what we do!)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and social media.
