We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established recipes and safety standards, including brewing specialty beverages if applicable
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently
- Support event service for banquets, catering functions, or nightclub nights by setting up stations and serving guests professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while demonstrating effective time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Experience in fine dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tables or bar stations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy
- Familiarity with nightclubs or brewing environments adds value to your versatility in the hospitality industry
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service
