Quality 1st Basement Systems is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our Sales Department. This position serves as the bridge between sales, operations, accounting, and customers, ensuring that every project is properly documented, processed, and ready to move seamlessly from sale to production.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational details that help drive successful projects and satisfied customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing new sales to ensure all required documentation is complete, including contracts, photos, notes, deposits, financing paperwork, and payment plans
- Coordinating with sales staff, management, and other departments to resolve missing information or project concerns
- Processing sales commissions, bonuses, and related reporting
- Tracking and recording deposits, financing payments, and customer account information
- Assisting with customer requests, including project changes and cancellations
- Maintaining accurate records within Salesforce and other company systems
- Monitoring pending sales and ensuring timely follow-up activities are completed
- Managing inventory of sales tools, materials, and office supplies
- Creating reports and spreadsheets to analyze sales performance and promotional results
- Serving as a liaison between departments to help projects move efficiently from sale to completion
What We're Looking For
