What We Are Looking For
- Automotive Finance Manager experience REQUIRED
- Ability to desk deals is REQUIRED
- Ability to work incoming sales leads and help convert opportunities into appointments and sales
- Strong knowledge of lenders, structuring deals, and compliance
- Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration
- Ability to work closely with sales management to maximize opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Dealertrack experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Secure financing for customers through lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell finance and protection products
- Desk deals and assist sales management in structuring transactions
- Work incoming leads and help drive appointments and showroom traffic
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize deal profitability
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the delivery process

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
