Job Title: Student Records Coordinator
Salary: $28.57 per hour
Summary:
The Student Records Coordinator will play a key role in optimizing efficiencies to support the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Registrar. The Student Records Coordinator will report directly to the Registrar and collaborate with the Office of the Registrar staff, with an emphasis on student services, front desk operations, record tracking and maintenance, and general office support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Function as first point of contact for the Office of the Registrar.
· Answer questions on policy and procedures.
· Monitor and organize office email.
- Process student requests, including transcripts, letters, loan deferments, bar certifications, degree verifications, and address changes.
- Assist with course registration, including managing course wait lists, processing atypical manual registrations, and testing online registration portal.
- Assist Exam Coordinator with preparation and day-to-day exam administration.
- Proctor in-person quizzes and make-up exams for students receiving accommodations.
- Distribute grade rosters to faculty and track due dates.
- Assist with grade entry and other transcript notations.
- Oversee new student file processing and integration, along with migration of recent graduate files.
- Assist with office efforts to complete departmental assignments.
- Assist with Commencement duties.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to work in-person from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to simultaneously manage several projects.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and early mornings, especially during fall and spring exam and registration periods.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
