Guardian Allies Collective is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for in-person school-based contract opportunities. The SLP will provide evaluation, intervention, consultation, and related services to students in accordance with applicable state requirements, district procedures, IEPs, and professional standards.
Responsibilities may include conducting speech and language evaluations, providing direct and consultative services, developing and implementing IEP goals, participating in eligibility and IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with teachers and families, and completing required reports within established timelines.
Candidates must hold the appropriate state SLP license and school-based credential/certification required for the assignment. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred when applicable. School-based experience is strongly preferred.
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. Full-time and part-time assignments may be available depending on district needs.
Expected hours: Approximately 10–40 hours per week, depending on the assignment and caseload.
Pay: $60–$75 per hour, based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, location, and scope of services.
Providers are responsible for transportation to and from their primary assigned work location. Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved travel between assigned school sites during the workday, depending on the specific contract.
