Business Development Representative, Weekend BDR, East Coast Florida
We are seeking a Business Development Representative, Weekend BDR to support referral growth and territory development within the East Coast Florida market, based out of West Palm Beach. This role is responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers and key referral sources, maintaining consistent outreach, and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive new patient volume.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is polished, relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable representing RejuvenX throughout the East Coast Florida market and building trust with referral partners across different healthcare settings.
We strongly prefer candidates who currently live within the East Coast Florida market, ideally in or near West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami, or surrounding areas. Since this role requires extensive travel throughout the territory, familiarity with local roadways, healthcare systems, hospital networks, and community referral patterns is important for success.
Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Execute territory sales strategies and marketing plans to support referral growth.
- Conduct professional outreach and sales presentations with targeted customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, primary care offices, and other healthcare referral sources.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, case managers, office managers, providers, and other key contacts.
- Tailor communication style and approach based on the audience, setting, and relationship.
- Manage a consistent territory schedule with regular in-person visits and follow-up.
- Track outreach, touchpoints, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Monitor territory performance against goals and adjust efforts as needed.
- Represent RejuvenX professionally and communicate our services clearly and confidently.
- Educate referral sources on how RejuvenX supports motor vehicle accident patients through personal injury, chiropractic, and pain management care.
- Work closely with leadership to support business development goals and market growth.

Preferred Background
- Sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in a relationship-driven, activity-based sales environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare environments, particularly hospitals, emergency departments, urgent cares, and primary care offices.
- Existing knowledge of the East Coast Florida healthcare market preferred.
- Familiarity with local roadways, hospital systems, and referral networks strongly preferred.

Work Environment
- This is a field-based role based out of West Palm Beach, with regular travel throughout the assigned East Coast Florida territory. The role requires frequent in-person visits, relationship-building, and outreach within the local healthcare and referral community.
Travel may include West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and surrounding areas based on business need and referral opportunities.
Travel: Up to 80% during scheduled workdays
